Garden Smackdown....feel the heat

Well, after an unfortunate incident between 2 young ladies at the psych hospital, her foot, my newly broken rib and a bruised lung I have decided to return to the world of blogging and staying home with my children.  Perhaps my grand return to work wasn't quite so grand and my husband and I would agree safety is a little bit more in tuned with our bigger picture.  Well, the good news is that I am almost all healed up after 5 weeks of doing little to nothing.  We finally closed on a house and I have been making plans...big plans.   Sooooo, without further ado......I am sending out a challenge to my sister and all who read shall consider themselves a witness.

Dear Sissy "sweetbait",
After the sweet and kind moments we spent with one another at my dining room table picking plants and planning our gardens (just because we are cute like that) it has come to my attention that you are in serious need of a challenge.  This is your official invitation to the GARDEN SMACKDOWN (echo garden smackdown garden smackdown garden smackdown).  I am enlisting all 2 of my readers to weigh in as we post pictures and descriptions of our plants, the process, and all of the dirty details.  I propose that we devote at least one entry per week to our extravaganza and when the fruits of our labor have all come to an end we will hold judgement.  Winner takes all.  If you choose not to accept this challenge I will tie your hands with one of your knee socks, gag you with the other and throw you into the entry closet....not so funny this time around....now that we are all grown up and I am the bigger one!  Wanna know what you are playing for?  Me too, so get to thinking.

Yours truly
Not So Glamerous Housewife

Love it.

Must have been horrible with injuries etc. Good to be home again and calm.

PS I use fish fertiliser here, you mix it with water, it is a liquid. That or seaweed from the lake...
